Starin History

Founded in 1988, Starin has grown from a small Midwest based organization to nationwide coverage.  Jim Starin, founder, has built the business by empowering the team from management to all associates through principle-centered responsibility. 

Susan Kelley was Jim's first employee and remains with the company.  There are numerous 10 year veterans, which speaks to how we value our staff.
