Australian Monitor has been designing & manufacturing constant voltage amps, mixers & zoning products for over 25 years.
Where is the product made?
All Australian Monitor design and R&D is done in their Sydney head office. The bulk of product is manufactured in their Indian factories based in Mumbai & Calcutta. Surprised it is not from China?
What is the warranty?
There is now a 5 year warranty. For product that needs to take day-to-day rigor (sometimes on 24/7), this warranty speaks to how dependable this hard-working product will be.
Is this stuff in stock in the US?
Yes, as the exclusive importer to the U.S., Starin is committed to good levels of inventory.
Is there a service/warranty point?
Yes, Starin has an independent service provider under contract to readily respond to repair needs. Starin provides replacement / exchange for the first 30 days of sale to end-user. After the first 30 days, please contact your Starin CSR to get a RMA to send the unit in for repair.
