Available Positions:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
 
The Customer Experience Associate must have 2-3 years of related experience in the audio/video or IT industry.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer phone and email requests
Take orders, confirming order status and product availability
Give basic technical assistance, as well as promote our products to dealers
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
Assess accuracy of order forms
Keep up to date technically and apply new knowledge to your job
 

 
RETURNS SPECIALIST
 
Must have 2-3 years of related experience. Accounting, administrative or A/V experience a plus.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tracks service level agreements as they relate to customer and vendor returns
Communicates with Vendors for requesting RMA approvals
Processes all Dealer RMA’s
Communicates with Dealers regarding their requests of return issues
Creates case for any error issues
Oversees Vendor returns while adhering to specific vendor warranty terms


 
LOGISTICS/PURCHASING ASSISTANT
 
Must have 2-3 years of related experience and be a proficient user of all Microsoft Office 365 programs with a strong aptitude for Outlook, Excel, and Word specifically.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategically plans logistics, warehouse operations and transportation
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, carriers and warehouses
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Establishes and maintains relationships with key vendor contacts
Fields requests for status, revision, or cancellation from the sales team and then obtains status or coordinates possible changes with the vendor(s)
